As the duck hunting season opened last Saturday, many Greek Australians made their way to Lake Woolshed, near Boort, and other hunting locations around the state.

As the duck hunting season opened last Saturday, many Greek Australians made their way to Lake Woolshed, near Boort, and other hunting locations around the state. George and John Zairis tried their luck at Woolshed Lake, accompanied by their faithful hunting companion, dog Zeus. As many hunters witnessed, it has been the worst start to the season in many years. The season ends on 9 June.
