Liverpool made it two wins out of two as Christian Benteke scored a controversial winner against Bournemouth on his home debut.
Bournemouth thought they had taken the lead through Tommy Elphick’s header but it was ruled out for a foul.
Benteke turned in Jordan Henderson’s cross from close range, despite replays showing Philippe Coutinho was offside.
Matt Ritchie clipped the post for the Cherries after the interval while Benteke hit the bar.
