Parliament has voted to lift the parliamentary immunity of Golden Dawn MP Ilias Panayiotaros to face charges of assault and robbery, according to reports.
The neofascist MP is accused of attacking a foreign migrant. Panayiotaros on Monday denied the charges, saying they are politically motivated.
“Golden Dawn is utterly clean. It has nothing to be afraid of,” he said.
